About Me
I'm an experience designer with a long history in software UX/UI design for electronic devices and mobility. I've worked with companies from startups to Fortune 500, combining UX, visual design, interaction, prototyping, sound, animation, a bit of coding, and research to create engaging experiences. I help evaluate the needs/problems found in the use of physical products, and design software solutions that result in improved customer experience.
My design work has contributed to the success of numerous physical products: keyboards, mice, gaming peripherals, music controllers, speakers, robotics kits, medical devices, and vehicles.
I'm constantly searching out new and interesting interaction technologies: gesture, voice, electromagnetic and electromyographic sensing, radar, eye-tracking, haptics, etc. And I want to explore ways to leverage these technologies in consumer devices and experiences.
I'm currently designing the passenger experience for autonomous eVTOL transportation.
More about me: trance, groove, dubstep, electronica, and old school funk. Onion rings instead of french fries. I’m a builder, with a bit of a reputation for constructing over-the-top props each year on Halloween. Puzzle games are a passion. And if you ask me if we’re alone in the universe, I’ll quote the poster on Fox Mulder’s wall: “I want to believe.”
